She received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Pune in India and went on to launch Integral Search for Harmony through Art (ISHA), which provided a platform and voice for underserved and underrepresented girls in India. Rani served as CEO for nearly 20 years, executing as the lead choreographer, program designer, and mentor.
Upon returning to Houston, she further honed her skills by earning an MBA in finance from Rice University at the age of 40. With this education, she successfully took Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM) to new heights, serving as its co-owner, executive vice president and global CFO.
Aside from her business acumen, Rani is a multi-talented individual who wears many hats. She is a classically trained vocalist, musician, dancer, and certified yoga instructor. She is a proud mother of two grown daughters, and in her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her family.
